Brussels Itinerary

Belgian-capital and haven for waffles, chocolates, and frites. The official language spoken here is French, German and Dutch, but most of its population know Spanish, English, Italian, and Arabic. So you consider yourself a bilingual? That's cute. The average Belgian knows 3-4 languages.

Dining

Disclaimer: I was here during the fasting month for a short layover.

I only went for the waffles and frites tbh.

1. Maison Dandoy $$ - this place has set my standards for Belgian waffles high. Add cooked strawberries as a side.

2. Los Churros and Waffles $ - classic streetfood. cash only.

3. Chocopolis $$ - authentic Belgian chocolates

4. Elisabeth Chocolatier $$ - huge meringues and a variety of chocolates

5. Le Comptoir de Mathilde $$ - hot chocolate to go

6. Friterie Tabora $ - fried to order frites
